All I did was extend the legs by 2mm in Solidworks so he hasn't skipped leg day any more! :) I matched it against two images of minifigures I found online and apart from the neck/head being a bit off it matches the dimensions okay now.
STEP included if you want to play with it, but only the legs have been converted from the STL triangles.
