So I`ve bought some chinesium Lego for my kids and in the first day both cv joints broke.

I have remixed the original design to be able to print it laid down without interior supports. The part is stronger this way. Print it in ABS (255C), laid down with normal supports (on build plate only). 0.15 layer height, 3 walls, 100% infill at 100mm/s (or slower).
Use some sandpaper to clean it a bit after printing.
