I had previously made a keychain with this same design, and while shopping at the mall with my daughter, it struck me that I should put these hearts on a hair comb. I told my daughter the idea and she squee'ed. So immediately upon returning home I got to work.
I simply removed the keychain attachment tab from my keychain design, and attached the hearts to the top of one of zburhop's awesome hair comb designs, located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1906236
The result is a retro hair comb even Princess Zelda would approve of!
Just like the keychain, the white hearts pop into the sockets, followed by the red. I used the same red and white files that I did on the keychain, so there will be extras. You may require some glue to keep them in. It depends on the settings you print with, I guess. I printed mine at .3 layer height, no supports.
