I came up with the idea of that LED Wall Light a couple of weeks ago. After doing first prototypes I stumbled upon the new hue lights which at that point where avaiable about over a year already.
First I thought - damn, I could have just bought it. However, when I saw the price tag I was happy again, as my setup would cost way less :)
I eventually used:
That gave me a way larger lighting setup for way less money than a single Hue Liane.
I simply used hot glue to glue both parts together. That gives me the opportunity to easily disassemble everything if needed.
I myself am very pleased with how it turned out. I'd be happy to see other makes :)
