Notes for v2 of this 420W version of the LED power supply cover:
This is a modified version of Seadevil's excellent power supply cover. (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:199089) I bought the 420W version of the Meanwell 12V DC supply, which is 10mm wider (225mm x 124mm x 50mm) with a couple minor differences.
The mods are:
1) Stretched the width by 10mm.
2) Slid the footings 5mm inside the cover to reach the screw holes.
3) Stretched the AC and DC covers to match.
4) Enlarged the hole in the DC plate.
5) Cut away some of the partition to fit around the terminals. Unfortunately, the partition requires supports.
