They house 18650 batteries and use WS2812 LEDS with a Wemos D1 mini for control and WLED for programming. the 2 side holes are for a 16mm rocker switch and 16mm aviator connection for charging. The holes on the bottom are meant for sewing on strips of velcro to attach it to the inflatable assemblies.
