This is a LED-light mounting bracket which fits on top of the original headlights of a Permobil X850 wheelchair. These are mounted directly into the screw holes for the original lights.
The original light screws must be replaced. A pair of these LED-light mounting brackets requires:
2pcs M3.5x30mm screws (or M3.5x32mm)
4pcs M3.5x45mm screws
