Summary

Inspired by the LED light strip holder for its bigger brother by venegade, I decided to make a version for my Artillery3D Genius!

Because the Genius has an injected molded top bar and not a piece of extrusion, I needed a different mounting system. I decided to go with a clip arrangement—the arms just clip onto the top bar, and friction and spring tension keep them there. They end up holding quite firmly, but can easily be released by pushing the bottom of the clip away from the top bar.

I was super lucky, and these just clear the Z-link belt and the extruder gantry when at the max Z height, so no worries about accidental collisions.

The arms angle the light back towards the print bed about 10° off of perpendicular, and have cable retention clips integrated into the back channel for routing the power. They were designed for these light bars from Amazon, but because they just have a spot for an M3 nut at the end, should be easily adapted to anything else.
