Sheath and belt clip for the Leatherman Wave multitool. Insert narrow side (non-plier side) down; there are detents which should let the tool click into place to retain it via the spring loaded blade releases.
There are 2 belt clip options; both can be slid into the main sheath in the vertical or horizontal positions; it is meant to be a tight fit so you may need a tool to seat/remove it. These are the same clips from my Gerber MP600 sheath at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6604510
