This thing is complete. I have not printed it yet, but should go together nicely. I made sure the biggest piece is only 9 inches, so a Creality Ender 3 or bigger should be able to print all the parts. The parts could undergo quite a bit of stress, so I recommend printing with 60% infill or higher with 5-6 wall layers.
Requires:
8x - 8mm x 22mm x 7mm bearings
3x - 3/4in x 1-5/8in x 5/16in bearings
1x - 3/4in x 239mm keyed axle w/ 69.66mm x 1in keyed section 63.17mm from 1 end
1x - 88.8mm x 8mm shaft
2x - 48mm x 8mm shaft
2x - M2x4x3.5 knurled threaded insert (adjustment knobs)
2x - M2x3 set screw (adjustment knobs)
17x - M5x6x7 knurled threaded insert (side panels, main crank)
1x - M5x5mm Set Screw (Main Crank)
16x - M5x0.8x32mm Socket Head Cap Screw
16x - M5x0.8x42mm Socket Head Cap Screw
8x - M5x0.8x50mm Socket Head Cap Screw
8x - M5x0.8x37mm Socket Head Cap Screw
2x - 3/8"x104.6mm Threaded Rod w/ 8mm ends (1 end is 7mm length, 1 end is 27.6mm length)
32x - M5 nuts
You may be able to get the main axle at 3/4 in and add 1 or 2 shaft adapters to make the middle 1 inch.
Let me know if you have any suggestions or questions.
