Summary

This a remix of PhantomGear's design to hold a D1 Mini ESP8266. The mount for the D1 Mini came from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4757811. I have also added vent holes to the rear case.

On my first attempt to de-solder the header pins from a LD2410C I knocked of a surface mount resistor. So I modified the mount plate so the pins can pass through and be bent up. Once you have the pins bent in the correct place (about half height) you can just solder on wires and cover with heat shrink. The LD2410C can then be slide in front the side of the plate. I held the LD2410C in place with a couple of small pieces of electrical tape.

I found the LD2410C gets quite warm so I modified the front plate to be vented.

I also made some 1 mm spaces to go between the mounts on the arm as I found even with the screws tight I could not get it to grip.
