I liked the LCD bracket I made for my Prusa i3v & remixed it to work with my Folger Tech Kossel 2020.
This is remixed from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1276141
I would suggest you print FT_LCD_FacePlateTest_Rev11.stl before printing the faceplate or all the parts to make sure it fits. I had one LCD display that was a little crooked & had to adjust the opening for the display slightly.
For your final prints you will need to print either the FT_LCD_AllParts_Rev11.stl or
FT_LCD_FacePlate_Rev11.stl
FT_LCD_LeftAndRightBrackets_Rev11.stl
FT_LCD_TopCoverPlate_Rev11.stl
FT_LCD_4x_Spacers_Rev11.stl
For Hardware you will need:
4 M3x16mm socket head or Pan Head screws to mount faceplate to Brackets
2 M3x16mm socket head or Pan Head screws to mount Top Cover plate to Brackets
2 or 4 M3x8mm screws & T-Nuts to mount to 2020 Aluminum
(I had enough of the M3x8mm & T-Nuts left over from the build)
While installing these parts, I realized I should have made the slots for the Right & Left bracket so they would slide onto the bolts in 1 direction. I added that change to the parts I uploaded. The left bracket I made the slotted opening with .3mm plastic bottom which printed better for me. I just had to cut that out with a small pair of wire cutters.
There is also an openscad file you can edit in case you want to change something else about this design.
I printed these parts at 20% infill in yellow PETG. I added enough photos that should show you how to assemble these parts.
