A laser-cutter that uses only 3 different 3D printed parts.
The design is based on our "big plotter" and the "selfdrawing painting". The laser head is wireless. The power to the laser head is delivered trough the smooth rods
For the assembly you need:
4x Linear axle holder
2x Carriage
1x Laser carrier
4x Nema 17 stepper motor
4x 8mm smooth rod (length is up to you (max 1 meter recommended))
4x M8 threaded rod (length is up to you (max 1 meter recommended))
8x LM8UU linear bearing
16x M8 nut
3x set of timing belt with pulley (length is dependable of the length rod you choose)

1x 12V to 5v adapter (We used a car/phone charger)
2x 40mm fan (one for the laser and one for the controller)
1x power supply (12V 5A)
1x GRBL shield v3+adruino uno (other cnc related controllers should work)
and the wires to feed the stepper drivers, the controller-board, power-supply and a USB cable.
