The file 'Laser Rudder Bungee Clip V2 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 264.5KB.
As the Laser dingy doesn't have an rudder up haul, it was occasionally dropping down while I was moving the boat to the launch ramp.
Yes, I could fit the rudder once in the water, but I like to have it fully rigged and ready to launch :o)
Initially, I simple created a loop of bungee to thread through a bolt (see photo) on the rudder stock, but it was a bit 'fiddly' when coming ashore...
So I designed this 'hook' to clip the cord to the bolt easily... job done!
I haven't spent a lot of time on time in terms of rounding the edges, as it's only used ashore for a short period to protect the rudder from damage.
The 'bungee' hole is sized for 5mm cord, but feel free to modify as required :o)
