Laser cut version of Qvists' Voronoi tealight box, though consideration should be put into whether wood is a good material for a candle holder - though the same should probably apply to PLA. Acrylic should work as well.
Image is probably not representative of the final product, if you actually put care into material choice and the cutting process (rather than spare junk wood and guaranteed burn-through settings...).
Versions for 3mm Metric ply and 1/8th in Imperial.
