The source of the original design is the NIH website (https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013410#comment-4466). I know that not everyone has a laser cutter, but this is much faster than 3d printing.
I used 0.06" HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) and a 150w CO2 laser cutter. To cut 5 was 1.75 min. A 4x8 sheet (assuming the same time) would produce 133 in about 47 min.
This was done at M4Reactor.org in Salisbury MD.
