This is stool designed and made in a fablab, for fablabs around the world and anyone else who wants to make it! The design was inspired by the frames on space pods and probes from nasa and the framework that is visible on most space related equipment.
I drew a lot of inspiration from Gustav Düsing's chair and his research work, which is fascinating.
The stool was designed through a furniture brief at university to design a piece of furniture that is designed for a fablab and to be made in a fablab.
