The file 'Laser Cut Simple Vest' is (vit, svg, val) file type, size is 13.00 KB.
The Designs are made in Seamly2D
use the val file in Seamly2D in case your body is shaped differently than mine :D SVG's i uploaded as an Example and because @Thingiverse thinks val Files are no things but svg's are
Cut on the Mr Beam II, therefore the 3pc design is split in the middle just so that it is cuttable on this device
You can export the design from Seamly2D as a vectorgraphic after deciding how and where it should be "printed", make a custom layout here and set it to the lasercutter maximum size for export, so you know directly if your design is too big or your laser to tiny
then in inkscape select and delete the inner line (select one point, ctrl+a, del) and if it's part of the back side, select the folded line and delete this as well, so you don't cut over the fold. after that, save and happy laser cutting :D
ps. in Inkscape you can also add any stencils, in polyester, seams are directly molten together, no need to rework those, maybe glue another color cloth to the back of it, just make sure they don't have an outer border that makes you loose a big square from your cloth :D
