I made this for my laser cutter, since buying a liquid radiator block already costs around the same, and I want sub-room-temperature cooling since it's constantly 30C+ where I live.
This can be used as an additional cooling block for CPUs, although it wouldn't be ideal: although the peltier can get temperature to sub-freezing, it can only move ~70W of heat.
