hello and thanks for the original object, i just modified it a bit. made a living hinge on the sides and adapted it for a 5mm plywood. you should use another style of the living hinge than the one i used because it is a bit rigid in this small space,also make 1 or 2 mm longer ;). hope you'll like it.
