After making a nightstand from a old wooden pallet it needed some 'spark'
A easy to do silhouette stencil from LOTR, the things you need are
a sheet of vinyl film for your stencil
black spray paint
clear varnish spray
application tape (or any tape that has a low tack to it)
some old newspapers or anything else to protect your work from over-pray
your laser cutter or vinyl plotter
Pro Tip: Before applying the black paint use the clear varnish first and lay down a coat and let it dry this way the clear varnish will fill all the tiny gaps and holes between the edge of the stencil his way the black paint cant crawl under the stencil because the clear varnish filled the nooks and crannies. You will have a crisp and clear edge with a minimal chance that the black paint will bleed trough
