I needed business cards so I decided I would make some really cool and fancy cards. I used thin non-corrugated cardboard and engraved into it and cut 3.5"x2" cards.
To make these, make a 3.5"x2" rectangle (standard business card size). Add what you want to be on your card inside the rectangle. Then engrave the inside and cut the rectangle. With the sheets I used (8.5"x11") I was able to fit 12 on one sheet.
