This is fully inspired by this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2500763 — but it didn't quite work for me, so I recreated it from scratch in Fusion 360.
The DXFs should work for CO2 laser cutting in 3mm HDF. There's an optional backside engraving DXF for extra "ribs" to keep a phone from sliding out.
The Fusion 360 model is fully parametric so you can easily customize it for different size, add your own engraving, etc.
