There is a bit of a game with this one as some pieces needs to be only etched to make space for "hair", but I'm sure you'll figure out. making that hairs is also a bit of a game. Tail is prety straight forward, just make a knot in the end while with the neck part I roll it on a board and then transfear to a small "stick" which has to be inserted in to the middle part and glued. Made from 3,8 mm plywood. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
