Laser cut cryptex / puzzle box.
Number of code wheels can be varied as required, once cut and glued codes can be changed by removing and rotating the outer digit wheels.
Designed for 2.5mm ply with only glue required to assemble, though captive nuts and M3 bolts can be used to hold on the code wheel open end if future changing of the password is required.
See layout.dxf for layout of each section, the other drawings contain the optimised cut layouts.
I made a small jig to help line up the parts when gluing (glue jig.dxf) and the holes in the various parts are there to aid lining up for gluing.
