Dry fit all pieces before assembly to ensure pieces are oriented correctly before gluing everything together. Re-assemble as follows:
Insert the top tabs on “A” (central support) into the center slots on the left (back) side of “B” (top shelf).
Insert the top tabs on “C” (back plate) into the slots/tabs along the back of “B” (top shelf). Align the center slots on “C” (back plate) with the tabs on the left (back) side of “A” (central support).
