I love the Dr. Nim game as a binary mechanical construction.
I sliced the scale version of Dr. Nim and created a lasercut version of it.
The board consist of 4 layer of 3 mm mdf glued together.
The flipflops are consiting of 3 layers.
I lasercut the trigger out of plexiglass to lower resitance and got a axe made from a cutted nail.
The flipflop and stoppers are fixed with normal screws M3x15mm and a small washer (to lower resistance). The bolds on the backside are glued to the screws (not to the board!) such that they don't unscrew themself.
I used so small scrap mdfparts to make the endstops of the marbels and to fix the trigger axe.
I bought the 10mm stainless steel marbels from ebay/aliexepress for 6€ / 50 pieces.
