I wanted to check the alignment/collimation on my Svbony SV121 Laser Collimator, but other existing tools didn't work as it has 2 different diameters to the front an rear of the housing so I designed my own alignment jig for it. Uses 4 x 625ZZ ball bearings (I grabbed some out of an old set of v-slot wheels 2 per wheel) and 4 x M5x12 bolts, I used M5 heat press inserts (more left over printer build parts). Left the heat press inserts sitting out a mm from the uprights just to make sure the bearings didn't rub on the posts.
I did create another model that has printed arms to hold the collimator but the action isn't as smooth or as accurate using the ball bearing to rotate the collimator. I have also uploaded that model as well.
Hope someone else finds it useful.
