We have several cats and several large litter boxes. The original scoop by spooner2011 worked well for a while, but I found myself spending too much time scooping litter.
I've made two changes to the scoop. First, it's quite a bit larger than the v3 scoop my spooner2011. Second, I've tweaked the sifting grid to allow litter to sift faster while still grabbing all the stuff that needs to be grabbed.
I've printed several of these in PLA and PETG, both at 200 micron layer height, 0.5mm nozzle, 0.9mm extrusion width, 2 perimeters, and 75% infill (mostly for the handle).
