This is a custom Lego Winch. It is as wide as two Lego 80295 winches but the diameter is 36mm instead of 32mm. It has 4 holes to tie a rope to.
This model requires support for printing. You can also order it from a 3d-printing service as I did (JLCPCB, SLS/Nylon) to get a smooth and clean surface.
