Summary

This is a large desiccant box, designed to hold just over 500 grams. The entire lid screws on to make sure that it will never come apart, yet provide an easy method for filling. There is a drain spout to make it easy to empty the desiccant into whatever you use for regeneration. There is also a funnel that screws into the drain port to provide a second option for filling, as I have trouble with desiccant beads bouncing out when I fill it through the top. The slats are spaced at 1.3mm, so it should any desiccant you care to put in it.

The design is wide and flat to avoid the need to have perforations on the walls, because I hate things that take a long time to print and I wanted to avoid all of the retractions that perforated walls require. Even without perforated walls, it rapidly takes the tub that I keep my filament in down to 10% RH when filled with freshly regenerated desiccant.

This version is sized so that all components will fit on a 280x280mm bed comfortably, if you have a smaller printer, you'll have to print them separately. If your print bed is smaller than 158x158, you will be unable to print it.

Total print time for all components was under 4 hours on my Qidi x-plus3 without the funnel, and 5 hours 20 minutes if the funnel is included.
