Great original design as I like how robust it is. I remixed it to accommodate a 1/2 inch PEX tubing I had laying around for ease of pickup and laptop placement (The actual hole OD is 0.614 inches or 15.60mm). Its a tight squeeze, so you have to push a bit hard to get the PEX in there.
I also remixed it for a larger laptop where the higher CG required more back support (feet), and increased opening a few millimeters to accommodate a fatter Dell laptop. Also rounded the arms to reduce scratches.
