I was very happy with the laptop holder in general but the thing holding the laptop down was cutting into my wrists when using the keyboard. I made this to be flush with my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3) and rounded the edge so it's not sharp.
I don't need the hook because I'm using the 17 inch holder for my 15 inch laptop.
