Summary

Important Note - Design problem: (1-1-2016) the tabs where the screw goes through severed in a crash three days ago. I have reworked the top and will print and fly the new version this week. When I get a leg that doesn't crack at the screw hole tab, I will upload it. You could try printing the posted version at a much higher fill than the 40% I used on the original and increase the Z scale. However, I really think it is going to need the top reworked. More soon...

This is my design for new landing legs for Armattan's 330 quadcopter- FPV Rev2. I printed them with Taulman 618 nylon filament. So I am not the greatest pilot and I was always breaking off the standoff style landing pegs that came with the quad. I've been flying and landing pretty hard on occasion with these and they are holding up well. You can increase the Z-axis on the print if you want to make them stiffer. You will want to use nylon. I tried semi flex, PLA, ABS. Semi is too soft, PLA is too brittle, nylon is just right. The nylon provides a nice cushion for landing, too
The legs lock on the arm and I secure them in place with the screw that came with the kit using a washed and lock nut (see photo). You will need to mark and drill that one hole - 3mm.
I printed these with a brim to help keep the nylon on the bed and at 0.2mm layers.
