Lampshade for standing Lamp
This is my first design and i made it because my paper lampeshades are old and mostly broken. I used SketchUP 2018 to make it and i putted the files into the package.
Bacause i was not able to move the infill-sides.stl on z-axis to put them inside the frame the right way in slic3r PE, i maked this part 20mm longer.
Now the infill-sides.stl part can imported and putted into the frame without problems. After slicing all looks ok.
Also import the infill_top-bottom.stl and put it in the frame.
After all needed parts are imported, slice it and please see if everything is properly aligned.
Its a bit tricky to put the infill parts right in the frame.
The idea comes from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3017657, but i build it new from the ground.
Here some slic3r PE settings i`ve used, feel free to change.
infill_top-bottom.stl:
infill-sides.stl:
all frame parts, i`ve used standart slic3r PE settings
Filament:
After printing you can put the frame parts together, stackable to the length you need.
Note: I think i made this design to thick, bacause only the top frame part (with infill) needs 1187 grams of filament.
This makes the lampshade to price intensive with standard price filament, in my opinion.
I hope my english is good enough, i`m from germany.
I hope you like my design.
And last a big thank you for the idea to https://www.thingiverse.com/MatsErik/about
