I remixed this, made a couple of modifications and most of all I designed the blade from a screenshot.
You need an M4 threaded rod or 4mm shaft (about 600mm long) to give the sword the resistance it needs.
I'm going to test print it this week but it shouldn't have any problems.
You need a 160mm z height and about 200g of filament.
Print Blade 4 without support.

Edited Blade 1, now fits better into thick trim file.
