I needed a zero-clearance insert for my Laguna 14BX bandsaw for cutting tiny parts. I decided to start by replicating the stock insert. In was important to me to have threaded holes for the leveling set-screws (4mm). Once I got that perfected, I did a revision in Fusion 360 that produced a zero-clearance insert with a .5mm "tracing" gap so it could be fed into the blade to match the blade thickness. They fit perfectly and level without effort. Both STLs are included. If anyone needs the Fusion 360 files, please message me in the comments.
