Hello there,
this is my (nearly) fully printable Laser Cutter "LaCu" (searching a name).
For building it, you´ll need these things:
1x Printed Parts (specified how much you need by 4x...)
2x 200mm rods (a little bit smaller is OK)
2x 170mm rods (a little bit smaller is OK)
6x LM8UU Linear bearings
4x 608ZZ bearings
2x end stops
2x GT2 belts (~ 0.5m each)
2x GT2 pulleys
ELECTRONICS:
2x Nema 17 Steppers
2x Stepper Controller
1x Arduino for controlling everything ( RAMPS is good ;) )
And a bunch of screws (I used M3x20mm and M8x30 for the bearings)
You can adapt everything you´d like to the carriage, not only a laser :)
I will come up with a more rigid design ;-)
The LM8UU holders and the belt clips haven´t been done by me ^^
