Steering plate/bar for the Kyosho Triumph (TM-10).
This is a model for the aluminum steering plate that connects the bellcrank arms. The model is based on a used buggy. I have included a DXF file if you would like to CNC this out of aluminum. You could probably 3D print this out of a stiffer material, but it is only 2 mm thick.
As many have noted in various comments online, the steering geometry is not great. I may make a modified version of this that provides additional mounting positions, but space is a little tight to the front bulkhead mount.
The bushing area may need to be reamed slightly or the hole adjusted for best fit of your bushings. The turnbuckle mounts are intended to be tapped with a M3 tap.
