For my first self-built 3d printer, a Kossel mini, I needed an LCD casing and liked this one by schlotzz: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:320117. Unfortunately, I found no LCD casing that could be printed on the Kossel itself -- the designs I found were all too large to fit on the round build area of the Kossel mini. Completely new to 3d printing, I searched for some way to cut this into pieces and found the puzzlecut library (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35834) by nothinglabs. As there may be more newbies like I am and it took me some time to find out how to cut this, I decided to make this my first thingiverse upload. Hope this helps someone :)
As I'm doing this now in some foreign hotel room, I have not printed it yet.
