This is a rough-and-ready model of the Kriegsmarine merchant-raider Komet in 1/350 scale. I've omitted the torpedo tubes amidships, and had to make some educated guesses but overall it should be a reasonable representation of the vessel. You can also print it in 1/300 if you scale up to 116.67%, and it should scale down to 1/700 (50%) though going smaller might not work perfectly.
Unless you have a huge printer, you'll need to print the hull in two halves, as per the bow and stern files. A very small amount of sanding may be needed to fit them together, depending on your printer. Print 4 of the 6-inch gun turrets. Printable models of the Arado floatplane carried by this ship are available free online, created by others.
As always, I use wire or plastic rod for masts; location holes are provided.
Though small for an auxiliary cruiser, Komet had two highly successful voyages, before being sunk in the English Channel by a MTB, while attempting to begin a third voyage by night. As such, it makes an interesting subject for coastal naval wargaming.
I have also included a non-militarized version, which should work for a large german merchant vessel in naval wargaming.
