The file 'Knobs For M3 Brass Standoffs (for FlashForge Creator Glass Clips) 3D Printer Model' is (scad, stl) file type, size is 5.2KB.
We've been using the Corner Glass Clips +3mm with our FlashForge Creator Pro printers at TheLab.ms Makerspace for quite a while now, and we're quite pleased with them.
We've been using the spare wing nuts that shipping with the printers, and one of those wing nuts eventually stripped an M3 screws. Those wing nuts are only a few threads deep, and that put a lot of stress on the threads on the bolt.
These knobs are designed to fit an M3 12mm brass standoff. With 12mm worth of thread, I don't think we'll be stripping any more bolts.
I sized the hole to print just barely too tight to fit the standoff. I used my soldering iron to heat up the standoff and press it down into the knob.
