These are scales for the Knafs Lander 2 pocket knife by Ben Petersen. You can find the knife and blank scale STLs at knafs.com. Yes Ben, I'm also confused.
These scales add knuck like rings to your Lander 2. Try not to close the knife on your fingers. You can use the optional ring or guard to protect yourself from this legitimately dangerous contraption.
Please read up on your local laws. Do not get arrested over something this absurd.
