An Effector (with optional direct drive modification) for Threaded V6 hotend from Trianglelab.

The spacing between magnets is 45.4mm to match those carriages. Magnet diameter should be 12mm, height: about 3.5mm.

Glue is required (CA for example works well enough) - there are holes for m3 screws to secure the magnets in place for duration of gluing process.

Fans: 3x 30x30x10mm, im using the ones from the original project.

The motor mount is designed to fit this extruder and a nema17 stepper (with a length of 23mm - it barely misses the rods with print radius 110mm).
If the magnets are strong enough, they can support the weight of the whole thing, but after it disconnected during printing, attachment points for preload spring/elastic band were added.

If you are using some kind of flying extruder configuration, you also might want to add the preload, as in my experience, if the rods are too short, the whole head (magnetic joints) tends to spontaniously disassemble in positions that are far from the bed center (after 90mm in any direction with 250mm long rods).

Any kind of Kossel part cooling duct should be compatible.

Print Settings: Layer Height 0.2mm, Layer Width: 0.5mm, Tree Support with support angle 61deg, Material: Something heat resistant like PETG or ABS.
