This is a "under a shelf" mount for König & Meyer 221D microphone mount flange. This mount has a cable feed-through opening at the back.
I recommend three 4,2x19 DIN7983 screws for connecting the 221D flange to this mount.
I use this mount and the flange in combination with the Gravity MA XL gooseneck that has a cable feed-through channel inside. I didn't want to drill the wall to mount the flange as in my case it was much easier to mount it under the wooden shelf. I also didn't waht to mount the flange directly to the shelf as it would require the goosneck to be constantly bent at 90° and that would reduce its load capacity.
