This is a project to create a replica of the Klingon Disruptor seen in the Original Star Trek series. I designed these files to be easily printed on my Prusa with no supports (except for the Scope Mount). This means the complex shapes with little fins are printed as individual fins then glued together at the end. This created a really smooth final piece.
File names indicate the quantity to print. I used a 1/8" threaded rod to align all the central barrel pieces. You might want to use a smaller rod depending how yours prints out.mI recently added a second set of body pieces that have holes in the body for the rod. The old ones work too, you would just snip the rod at the back of the barrel and glue it onto the body.
The textured silver mylar sheet that is shown on the two panels is screen accurate and purchased on ebay. Search for "Klingon disruptor crispy foil"
