This is a kitty litter pooper scooper I designed to be easy to print (very minimal supports needed). It's a two part construction. The handle screws in to the scoop. You can probably print this without supports at all. The only area of concern for supports are the curved sides of the scoop. I have printed it without supports but your printer has to be tuned well.
The holes are 4mm wide, which seems to perform well and is common on commercially available scoops.
