The parameters are tuned for my Makerbot Replicator 2, the main trick here to use is an 0.15mm kerf on each contact side. Will fit accurately by each other if printed by your Replicator 2. ^_^
Standard servo horns will not fit things tightly in the original design, so here I add the 'servo holder'(for base) and 'servo holder1' (for arm).
Lasercut wood base file
Use the svg for editing in Inkscape, pdf for cutting.
There are 2 group of holes on the board, but only 2 of them will used for you Arduino board, you can use either way you like to put Arduino the direction you want.
Servo pins for plug
You may need a homemade shield to provide the plug for servos or some different arduino like Iteaduino which already provide the servo plug on each pin.
