The raised ellipse effectively eliminates the frustration of having to dig into an otherwise clean dispenser to pull the wipes back through the opening.

A) Use a pair of rubber/silicone bands to secure the tissue box on the dispenser.
B) Place or glue 2-4 magnets (max OD 20 mm) to help anchor the dispenser to paramagnetic surfaces.
