This is for a LED lamp bulb cover.
Don't be misled by the pictures, there is still a lot of light transmitted. Ok, you'll loose some lumens but not that much in the end, I used an 8W LED filament bulb. DON'T USE A NORMAL BULB AS THE HEAT WILL WARP YOUR PLA PARTS!!!!
I've printed the cover in 2 layers (0.8mm) and used vase mode. I tried 0.4mm but due to the flat surfaces, warping is a real issue. Use glow in the dark for some nice effect after you turn off the lights :-).
I've inserted 2 files for the lamp body so you can either go for vase slicing or slice the 'real thing'. => only for the latter one you'll need to define supports, all the rest prints without support, even the tubes.
Depending the precision of your printer, I would scale down the sides a bit if they are to snug.
No screws needed except to fix the seal plate.
Any question on the design, I will be happy to answer.
